Selection of Targeted Barangays
1. The Barangays were selected from each of the municipality based the following criteria:
a. Adjacent to each other regardless of the estimated number of areas and percentage disease incidence.
b. Willingness to cooperate in the implementation of the Project.
c. Willingness of abaca farmers to be trained in virus eradication, and sustain the control of the spread of abaca diseases.
